Padrino

As a Padrino, or godparent, you ensure that students without sponsors still receive a scholarship. You ensure their class’s progress is measured and the program will continue to grow and improve. This means covering costs such as scholarships for unsponsored students, research, program evaluation, and matching students and sponsors. You will receive regular updates and notes from your class, and a plaque recognizing your gift at CoEd’s Education Center.

Chimazat is a high-altitude community with unique customs and traditions. Agriculture is the main industry. Common crops include corn, beans, strawberries, cabbage. Chimazat entered CoEd’s Textbook Program in 2002 and the Computer Program in 2011.

The Chimazat High School Class of 2028 has 5 Rise scholars.
