I am Débora T. My favorite subject is Mathematics. I live with my parents and my 7 siblings in the Hacienda María community. It is a very remote community, it is 12 kilometers from the municipality San José Poaquil. My father's name is Gabriel, he is a farmer. He grows cucumbers, tomatoes, cornfields, beans and watermelons. This is sold to the neighbors of the community at a discounted price. My mother works doing housework. Two of my siblings managed to graduate, two did not study for lack of interest and recently got together with their partners. Another is studying the 12th grade teaching program. Two are minors at 10 and 6 years old.

I feel very happy to have a very large family, that way we help each other with the housework. We are three sisters and five brothers. They are very naughty, but they are also friendly and always help in whatever way. I have dreamed of being a teacher, that way I will be able to support my parents in the future. I think that education is the best inheritance that our parents can leave us, but unfortunately they are older and no longer work as they did before. But I have faith and I hope that I can count on a scholarship to achieve my goal of being a good teacher. I consider that everything is possible in life when you have faith and will to do things in a good way.
