Biography
I am Zaida E., I live in Santo Domingo Xenacoj with my mother and my two sisters. We are four in total but my older sister has already started her own family. We do not have the support of my father because he made the decision to start another family. It was somewhat difficult for us, but little by little we have moved forward. My mother's health has been affected, but with the support of my aunts and uncles she has recovered. She is always looking for something to do in order to have an income. She cooks at parties that are held in my community, she washes other people's laundry, she cleans houses and takes care of children when they ask her. She is always looking for opportunities to work and for us to study. At home my two sisters and I study. For my mother it is difficult to cover our studies since it is already more complicated because my older sister and I receive classes online. My mother has to buy us access to internet so that we can be present in classes. I want to continue my studies and become a great chef because I like to cook. I like to accompany my mom when she cooks because I learn a lot there. I also like to cook at home. My favorite subject is Mathematics because it helps me operate numbers better. When I have free time I like to play with my little sister and my niece.
