Biography
My name is Yésica A. I study at the school of my town. I work hard every day to earn good grades. My parents are giving me the opportunity to study because they did not have it. My mom’s name is María. She did not study. She is a housewife. We suffered during the pandemic because my dad is a street vendor; sometimes he could not go outside to sell because of the lockdown, so we planned to open a small store to support ourselves. My father has an illness. My mom is the one who support us. My dad’s name is Maximo. He studied 3rd grade.
We were born in San Marcos, but we have been living here for years in our own house. My parents built our house here. I have 3 siblings; one of them continues studying thanks to the scholarship, because my parents could not support him more. Then, it is my brother and my youngest sister who has a disability.
I like Art class. My favorite color is yellow. My favorite food is chipilines soup. My biggest dream is to graduate as a teacher; I barely have time because I have to help my mom clean up the house and sell at the small store.
