Biography
My name is Nivia X., from Quisaché Acatenango. I was born on November 9, 2010. My family is large, there are 13 children in total. My oldest brother worked hard to be able to graduate. We all live together and each one of us makes ourselves comfortable so that our house can accommodate us all. My dad is José, he is a bricklayer and he works very hard to be able to support us all because my family is very big. My mom is called Estefana, she is a housewife and she only dedicates herself to doing the housework and taking care of my younger sisters. We all support each other to be able to get ahead.
My greatest desire is to graduate as an accountant to be able to support my parents with my siblings because they still have to study and I want all of us to graduate and in the future to be able to support my parents financially and stop working. I really like to play with my little sisters at home. We have a lot of fun. I also like to read my books from my classes so that I can learn more and have more knowledge and in the future have conversation skills with other people. In the mornings I do my homework and support my mom with everything I do around the house because she has to take care of my little brother. In the afternoon, I study and I have a lot of fun playing and doing chores with my friends. I would like to continue studying, but my parents can only support me until 9th grade, then it will be on my own to continue studying. For that reason I would very much like the scholarship to fulfill all my dreams in the nearby future.
