My name is Olga C., I was born in Santiago on May 21, 2011. I am the last sister of 3 children. Because of the low income of my family, only my brother managed to graduate from high school, by working and studying at the same time. My father's name is Fernando, he only attended 3rd grade he works as a seamstress and plants in the rainy season. My mother's name is Olga, she did not study, so she has a small tortilla shop to support the finances of my home.

In the future, I would like to be a lawyer to be able to support women who suffer from family abuse, since these procedures are very expensive and sometimes cannot be paid for by people. I would help them have a better life. In the afternoons I study and my favorite subject is English. In the mornings before I go to study I must help cook the corn, then to make the fire. I really like to be able to help and contribute to the finances of my home, helping my mother. My biggest dream is to be able to graduate, but the economy in my household is very precarious and my parents no longer get formal jobs, so having the scholarship will be wonderful for me.
