My name is Yefferson B., I was born on December 9, 2010. I live in a town called Santa Cruz Balanyá. My mom left a long time ago so my dad decided to rebuild his life with someone else, now I live with my stepmother, my dad and my four-year-old sister. My stepmother works as a day laborer and my dad has suspended his work activities for now because he suffered an accident recently. In my free time I work with one of my uncles to help cover the expenses of our home. The household expenses are being watched over by my stepmother and I because we need to cover some expenses and for now my dad cannot support us.

I like to attend school and learn new things that I can share with those who do not know. My favorite subject is Mathematics. One of the goals I want to accomplish in the long term is to be a policeman to help people who need my service, also help my dad in the different expenses that arise in my home and give him back all the effort he has made so I can follow my studies and be someone in the future. I want to make the most of the scholarship and be an example for my little sister who is growing up so that she does not give up in the face of life's adversities.
