My name is Karim, and I am from the community of Chimazat. Recieving this scholarship will help fulfill my dream of graduating, which represents a great hope for my future and family. My family consists of six people; I live with my parents and my three siblings. I am the third of four siblings, I have two older brothers and a younger sister, who is currently in elementary school. My parents mainly work in the fields, and my mother also sells snacks at a small school, which requires a lot of effort and dedication. Unfortunately, my father does not directly support our education and is ill and suffers from health problems, which has affected the family's finances. For this reason, my mother has been the one who, with great sacrifice, has raised us and takes care of our school expenses. My dream is to become a great teacher. This year I'm starting my program, and although I'm nervous, I'm confident that with hard work and God's help, everything will be alright. My daily routine starts very early. I help with the housework and also run a small shop my mom and I own. I regularly attend church on Thursdays and Sundays, which fills me with peace and joy. My faith, along with my mom's support and this scholarship, motivates me to keep going and fight for my dreams.
